I had incision pain til like a good month after surgery. Two weeks post op I held my niece who's 18 lbs and I felt pain like inside...I thought I pulled an incision or something internally but it ended up being fine after resting and not lifting anything! Lesson learned for me. I would just rest and not do any lifting. If you are really concerned that something may be seriously wrong, you should call your surgeon
