Now that we are all getting used to the band and all-should we keep our own list of weight lost? Just for sept bandsters? I know there is one in the main forum but thought it would be inspiring to have one of our own.. we can just add our name and total weight lost.. I will start...then lets say around the 1st of each month we can update the list by copying the last post-.. add your updated total and keep it going...please make sure it is the last one or else someone's results may not be accurate...

Hi bandsters

I see everyone is really doing awesome......I have still only lost 11 lbs

today I go for my 2nd fill, with that said I have 6cc in my band already I hope whatever is put in today makes a differance in my appetite?We'll see what happend:rolleyes

Three month anniversary today and I'm down 30 pounds (but ten are on the last two weeks--since I got my last fill). It's slowed down now and, even though I can only eat 8-10 bites at the most, I'm so afraid it's going to stop! The lowest I've been in my adult life is 240, and right now, at 260, I can't even imagine making it that far.

23 pounds so far, and I go for a fill at 8:30 am this morning.
