Monthly Weight Loss Report

Now that we are all getting used to the band and all-should we keep our own list of weight lost? Just for sept bandsters? I know there is one in the main forum but thought it would be inspiring to have one of our own.. we can just add our name and total weight lost.. I will start...then lets say around the 1st of each month we can update the list by copying the last post-.. add your updated total and keep it going...please make sure it is the last one or else someone's results may not be accurate...

Thanks Stacy,

I'm so hungry this am not to mention the monthly thing that comes around for us females doesn't help...I WANT TO EAT, EAT,EAT....This morning I had a cup of Chai tea at 5:30am

protein drink at 7:00am and the tiger in my tummy is still loose.

I am proud that I haven't ate any fast food, fried food or chips since my surgery. I can't wait untill my fill on 11/8/07

Are you guys counting your weight loss since surgery or are you including weight loss from your pre-op diet? If you're including pre-op loss, mine is 23. If not, mine is 10 since surgery.

I had my surgery on 9/11.. and i'm only down 28 pounds, I haven't lost any weight in the past 2 weeks. I go for my first fill on 10/24, I can't wait...hopefully I will start to lose again.

Oh, and just because I have a bit of a nerdy streak, so far the average weight loss is 27 pounds, the median is 23, and the standard deviation is 9.2.

kagoscuba- you are not nerdy.. I was thinking of doing posting something similar-beat me to the punch!!

I was banded on 9/26 and have lost 15 pounds. I had my first fill yesterday and it wasn't bad at all. I have to say that I don't feel as restricted as I would like. I go back in one month for my next fill.
