Monthly Weight Loss Report

Now that we are all getting used to the band and all-should we keep our own list of weight lost? Just for sept bandsters? I know there is one in the main forum but thought it would be inspiring to have one of our own.. we can just add our name and total weight lost.. I will start...then lets say around the 1st of each month we can update the list by copying the last post-.. add your updated total and keep it going...please make sure it is the last one or else someone's results may not be accurate...

    Hi Elizabeth Here. I Was Banded On Sept 18, 2007 , I've Had 4 Fills And @ 4.5 In A 10cc Band. I Am @ 220lbs. I Was Size 20 In Jeans And Now Where Comfortable 16 And 14 If I Wanna Go Tight!
