    I'm 5'6 and my goal as of now has been 175. I'll have to see what I look like at that goal yo decide if I'll lower it. I'm be happy at a size 8/10. Size large shirt. Just so glad to feel better be in less pain and have energy. Plus my confidence has returned. I have been the biggest person in the room for so long it's great to just fit in. We had a family reunion and my son couldn't pick me out of the crowd and I has family I hadn't seen in a year that didn't even recognize me. That made me feel so good. Good luck on your journey.
