Ok so if your surgery is on Oct 13th you probably feel the same way I do being that it's on Friday the 13th with that being said I feel as if I need some help with this pre-op diet and some support.... So if any one is having surgery on the 13th and wants to be diet buddies let me know

I am also on the 13th! Go twin! I think I’m more nervous about the surgery in general and not the day. I love horror movies and October is my favorite month so this felt like fate. I’m on day 2 of this liquid diet and it’s really a lot. I’m doing a podcast type conversation so follow along and maybe you can call in one day to chat with me about having this day!

the temptation was real... but I declined and had a shake while everyone ate....

I completely understand! I am on my way to check in and pre-ops then surgery tomorrow!! I hope I go early in the day so I don't have to wait on top of the nerves... stay positive, we will be ok the losers bench soon!
