    SURGERY in 30 minutes ...... I'm currently in the hospital pre op and I'm just so excited the day is finally here ..... I'll keep everyone updated :)

    Ok so if your surgery is on Oct 13th you probably feel the same way I do being that it's on Friday the 13th with that being said I feel as if I need some help with this pre-op diet and some support.... So if any one is having surgery on the 13th and wants to be diet buddies let me know

    Hey everyone! Ok so I weigh 250 lbs and my surgery is in Oct. 13 ..... I'm so excited but I'm a bit worried about having loose skin after the weight loss ..... I'm just wondering if there's any way to prevent that from happening ??
