Hungry

I am 10 days post op and I am always hungry. The first 4 days I didn't even think about food, and now I'm always hungry. I drink my water and my protein shakes too. Is there ANYTHING I can eat at this stage that won't hurt me, that is not soup, pudding, Jell-O, and yogurt. and I hate cottage cheese so there's no way I'm eating that. Oh and I had the gastric sleeve not lap band.

Once you can have puréed real foods like chicken salad, it'll help so much! Hang in there!!!!

Can you have that at 15 days?

I understand how you feel, I'm 8 days post op and struggling with the food options. I had two spoonfuls of chicken salad tonight but it didn't really satisfy anything so I'm going to finish up my two weeks of liquids to the letter. Good luck!
