2 weeks out Post Op

Had my 2 week post op appointment yesterday BW 234 SW 230 CW 209 surgery date was 9/15/17. I got the all clear to return to work but I have restrictions of not lifting anything 10lbs or more for the next 3 week's. I see my arms are already flabby not toooo bad......I want to start some exercising without any weights so I can get some toning??? I just don't want to over do it...

Yes, we are all warned not to lift.

My surgeon said I could lift up to 30 pounds at my two week appointment this week.
Amazing how much the doctors differ.

You could probably try working out with weights that are under 10 pounds. Just do more reps.
