Yaaay I reached my my final mark my papers got sent in my date for my vsg is October 16 that's on a Monday I'm so excited and nervous at the same time i know its a life changing procedure but now I just have to wait to get approved I'm soo excited anybody else next month also??

I started the pre-op diet Friday & surgery is on Wednesday. 2nd & 3rd days were the hardest. You can do this!

Almost done with day 1. I was fine all day. It’s just now starting to get a little challenging as I have to get my kids dinner.

You’re lucky you only have to do 6 days. I have to do 2 weeks.

Great to hear it's going well so far. Today we grilled at work hamburgers and hotdogs. OMG the smell[emoji14]

Yeah when they called me with my approval they had just given a cancellation to someone else. I told her if anyone else cancels to let me know right away. Good luck!

I seen on CSI that they put Vicks Vaporub on there upper lip to keep from smelling dead bodies,, I am going to give that a try with good food..
