I feel the same was sleeved 10/4/17 also. First sip of water when I came home I had dry heaves... horrible. I still have quite a bit of pain & am trying not to use the pain medication. I start pre-op diet today 4 protein shakes daily & clear liquids w/ no sugar. My surgery date is 9/4 - there was a cancellation so I got in earlier than planned. I start clear liquid only Monday & Tuesday. Sent from my XT1635-01 using BariatricPal mobile app

I hope you are ok did you have any damage? I evacuated to a friend's house in Lehigh just to have it turn a bit and come right through Lehigh. Was very blessed when I returned home to very little damage. I would love to say I only binged on PB&J going to get back on track. Praying for you. Does anyone have Independence Blue Cross (IBC) insurance? I am told there are no time frame requirements for medically supported weight loss or nutritionist appointments. How long does it usually take to get approved? I am looking at gastric sleeve.
