Not sure when to drink anymore

Good day, so glad I found this forum. This is a great tool. I have a question. I started stage 2, slowly getting to eat more solids, but during this transition since it is not totally liquid should i wait the suggested 1 hour after having my meal before i drink water?

    Mine too... drink 30 min before or 30 min after a meal. Is that in stage 2 though? I thought the 30/30 rule was once you start eating regular food again, stage 3 I guess??

    A lot of this depends on your tolerance. I'm six months out and struggle with my water intake. After I've eaten any solid food for the day I have to wait several hours to consume water otherwise I feel overly full. To accommodate this I drink a lot of liquids in the morning. I still have my protein shake in the morning and about 40 ounces of water before lunchtime. Drink water again around 4 PM. That's pretty much it.
