NYC - GHI-CBP Emblem cost

Hi guys,

So I am a NYC employee with Emblem Health GHI-CBP. I started my 3 month nutrition counseling and will be getting all my pre-op testing done for a tentative surgery Dec. 21st 2017. I was just curious on how much this insurance covered so that I can prepare myself financially. I am planning on VSG. Thanks!

    I had ghi-cbp and empire as co insurance. Empire is the one who authorized my procedure so I had to do 6 months in stead of 3 ... follow up with your insurance because I was denied at first
