Liquid phase protein alternatives

I am 11 days post, just began the full liquid diet but my protein shakes are making me nausaus now and it's hard to finish. I haven't had any problem until now. I'm not sure I can stomach drinking two of them a day anymore, what are some good high protein liquid alternatives? I have been using premier protein.

My saving grace has been protein water (Atklns Lift protein drink); it has 20 g of protein per bottle and, of course, counts toward the water requirement. There are some other brands--BiPro and Protein2o. Other options are yogurt and high-protein cream soups, as well as broths (ugh, not for me). Apparently there's something called PowerPak protein pudding, too.

Good luck--I didn't much enjoy this phase, but I survived it, and you will, too.

I found something called Pacific bone broth. It comes in chicken and turkey and has 9 grams of protein in 8 ounces. If you boil it and pour in a little egg white and stir as it boils that adds more protein. You only need to cook the egg a little and keep stirring. (Think of egg drop soup.)
