I got a question for anyone how long did it take to get a date for your surgery after everything was approved by doctor?

I got a "dummy date" when I first started the process and luckily I was approved (took 10 days) August 25th and I kept my date which is Oct 19th

2 days before surgery and I am nervous as hell I don't know what to do to get over it I can't really sleep or anything and now today starts my 48hrs of just a liquid diet I don't know how I'm gonna handle that either
