I had surgery 4th july, I see my team for the second time October 12th. I have not lost much since my 6 week check up ... 6LBS!!! and i am 10 weeks out. I cant turn up and disapoint them as they thought I was doing so well, I have done everything right. But I cant bare the thought of turning up and they are looking at me with disapointment.
So it seems the only thing i can do is go back to protein shakes for the month and i will be sure to have dropped something by then? Am I crazy or is this okay? i have emailed the TWO NUTS on my team and NEITHER HAVE EMAILED ME BACK its been like 12 days , to tell them im in a stall. luckily i have lost 3lbs since my stall. I just feel like a failure. and feel like i need to do something drastic. Is this my crazy brain? i dont know?
