9/26 for me as well. Pre-op today.

I am in Ohio. I see mu surgeon 9/15 and go for pre op 9/19. Where are you from?

I'm 9/26!!! Day 2 of liquid diet.... I'm fixated on not eating.... It's really hard to get my mind off of it and I dislike the shakes....

Hi my rny surgery is on the 26th too I can't wait... Im so excited and nervous at the same time.

I'm on the 25th of Sept, but my pre-op appt was cancelled due to Hurricane Irma. So I'm winging my diet until I can speak to the office and reshudule my appointment.

I had my pre op aapointment today with my surgeon. I had to purchase my protein and suppliments today as well. I think this always seemed so far off in the beginning that I can't believe surgery time is almost here. I am excited, nervous, and a little freaked out. I suppose that is normal. I go Tuesday to the hospital for the pre op stuff there. I'm not sure what all they do at that time. Then it is one week to go and the real fun begins.

Deeme, of course that works as well.. I was just trying to find someone or a few people to keep in touch with that are at the same place of this journey. I think a lot of things that happen whether it is emotional or physical, most outsiders would not understand what it is all about.

Mine is set for 9.25.17.....started my liquid diet yesterday...... I'm very shaky & light headed....don't feel right at all.

Hi......... I know how you feel! ..... I'm on day 2 also! My dietician told me it was ok to had "flavorings" & it does help, some. She also said, if we can make it through day 2, it will get easier! (Wondering if she had to do this....lol) .... that is when our body starts to burn stored fat. Well....that part sounded good! .....<smile> .......... Hope this helps! Sept. 25th is my surgery.
