September 13, 20178 yr I'm 9/26!!! Day 2 of liquid diet.... I'm fixated on not eating.... It's really hard to get my mind off of it and I dislike the shakes....

September 16, 20178 yr Author Go TRIBE!! I had my pre op aapointment today with my surgeon. I had to purchase my protein and suppliments today as well. I think this always seemed so far off in the beginning that I can't believe surgery time is almost here. I am excited, nervous, and a little freaked out. I suppose that is normal. I go Tuesday to the hospital for the pre op stuff there. I'm not sure what all they do at that time. Then it is one week to go and the real fun begins.
September 16, 20178 yr Author Deeme, of course that works as well.. I was just trying to find someone or a few people to keep in touch with that are at the same place of this journey. I think a lot of things that happen whether it is emotional or physical, most outsiders would not understand what it is all about.

My dietician told me it was ok to had "flavorings" & it does help, some. She also said, if we can make it through day 2, it will get easier! (Wondering if she had to do this....lol) .... that is when our body starts to burn stored fat. Well....that part sounded good! .....<smile> .......... Hope this helps! Sept. 25th is my surgery.
