So I'm just over 2 months post. Down 72lbs as of this morning. Feeling amazing. However I am noticing that with my diet being open to whatever food I want, at work I find myself often bored and grabbing a handful of nuts, or a couple 5cent candies, or some jerky or or or or or....
Before I get the keyboard heroes telling me about this cardinal sin in weight loss. I am still loosing weight drastically (roughly 1.5 lbs a day atm), my calories even with the snacks sit under 1200cal daily. And I'm likely overthinking it...
I guess I'm asking how some of you with slower jobs/desk jobs handle the old habits like this? My go too is sunflower seeds which keeps me busy and has some pretty awesome protein surprisingly... But I guess even that is a crutch of the habit.
The mental game I tell yah... learning to be a new person isn't easy... but its worth it...
