Hi I had my surgery 9/5/17
Saw my nutritionist today.
She said I can have a Melba toast this weekend...
It's supposed to be 4 weeks...but I have tolerating foods well.
But go easy...we aren't supposed to have more than a half piece of toast at a time.
I hope you saw a nutritionist.
It's very helpful.

Hello [emoji112]. Yes I saw her last Friday and I started on the puree foods. I am going to see her again on the 22nd it's going to be 3 weeks after rh e surgery and I also have been tolerating foods rather well so let's hope I can upgrade my diet [emoji4] [emoji4]

Crackers and toast are empty carbs, so be careful with them. I try to limit my "crunchy stuff" to raw veggies, parmesan crisps, nuts, pork rinds, etc. Most of those are for later on, after the soft foods stage, though. Hang in there!
