September 19 DOS

Hello everyone,

Very excited and nervous at the sametime, I'm in my last steps of surgery on Tuesday I have to go in for the final exams of an EKG and see the anesthesialogist for the ok for surgery! I was also told to start the high protein diet, prior to surgery any inputs of a good and adorable protein powder I can purchase? Your help is greatly appreciated!

Whey is a good one

Walmart sells Six Star Whey Protein Isolate. The Flavor is good and the Isolate has even fewer carbs. Muscle Milk Pro if you get tired of mixing your own shakes and decide you want a premixed drink.
