Does anyone live over a hundred mikes Fromm where they will be having their procedure done?

While I don't, I know the office that did my surgery often does surgeries for people in Wyoming, Nebraska and (I think) Montana.

I am, I live in Alaska and will be traveling to Seattle WA for my surgery. When it's all said and done I will have made 3 trips down to the office.

Yes I have to travel from one end of British Columbia to the other. I am wondering what I need to bring with me, how soon do I start vitamins, things like that. As I will be away from home for at least a week. And then fly home.
