Our pan calls for 3 meals, and 40oz of shakes. I eat yogurt, cheese, and put protein powder in my coffee. I also eat a lot of canned chicken. Buffalo chicken dip, or add canned chicken to my soup.

I still do two shakes a day, one for breakfast, and one after the gym, and I am 2 years out

Hello all. I'm two weeks post-op and I've just started the pureed stage. I'm wondering if I'm going to be able to get all my protein in now that I'm consuming more real food and fewer protein shakes. The foods I'm supposed to eat -- like pureed chicken and pureed egg salad -- doesn't have nearly as much protein as the shakes do. Has anyone else dealt with this? What should I do?
