Sleeved today, Aug 29th

  • Popular Post

Hey guys, well I've been a member for a long time but haven't posted until now. I had my sleeve done this morning at about 11 a.m. and I'm feeling great. Honestly, after reading some of the posts here and around the internet and I was getting a bit nervous. I'm happy to report that everything went well and I'm actually feeling pretty good. I was pretty days so it took me awhile to come around and feeling nauseous they had to give me some zofran. When I got to my room I think I hit my pain pump 2 or 3 times and that was it. I was told I probably be staying till Thursday, but hopefully I can get out of here early maybe tomorrow. Honestly, I think I could go home today with no problems but as my wife says just go with the flow. Honestly, I'm a bit upset I waited so long to get this done I've been thinking about it for at least five years. My surgeon was amazing and the staff of the hospital has been incredible. For those of you reading this who are still thinking of getting it done or are on the fence my advice is to go for it. I'll keep this updated and let everyone know how I'm doing in the morning. If anyone has any questions especially those considering the surgery please feel free to let me know, I really want to share my great experience with everyone.

All the best,

Josh
