Headaches

Just curious to know if anyone else has experienced headaches after surgery. I'm a little over a month out. Been feeling good but 2 1/2 weeks ago started these headaches. Anybody ever heard of that?

I had headaches the first month out. Could be caffeine withdrawal. Mine finally went away after a few weeks.

  • Thanks. Yeh I've had everything checked so far. So they do seem to be lessening so hopefully they'll just disappear.

Are you hydrating enough?

Thanks for responding. Yes I've been drinking a lot. Going thru tests now but they are starting to lessen.

Check vitamin D levels, too-- low vitamin D levels can masquerade as electrolyte issues.

Maybe food diary? If you're not already logging, seeing if there's anything similar across days might help.
