Insurance?

I have been waiting anxiously to get approved by my insurance. My last nutrition appointment was August 11th but then found out that my doctors office didn't submit the paperwork. They didn't submit it till late last week. Was wondering if anyone out there had this happen to them and when did the insurance come back with approval. I have Cigna.

    Submitted paperwork on 8/15 got denied on 8/23 because they claimed i was missing some my mental health and nutrition notes.. surgeons office resubmitted on 8/24 was approved 8/25 i have cigna too
