Pre op liquid diet

It's day 3 of liquid diet surgery 29 th I am been eating popscicles and realized they have no added sugar not sugar free is this bad??? Kinda freaking out don't want to mess this up!

    That happened to me. I just stopped and used the sugar free ones. I still lost 17 lbs during pre op and was able to have the surgery.
