Hey guys im a little concerned here. So im 1 week post op and im able to drink 8oz of broth within 30 minutes... granted i feel really full but im concerned that maybe this is too fast?

3 days post op i was only able to drink 1 to 2 oz

4-5 days post op i was able to drink 4oz

Now i can drink 7 to 8 oz

Swallow/leak test. It's where you drink nasty fluids while in front of an x-ray machine to make sure there are no leakage from your pouch.

I think when we move to thicker liquids and purée, we will notice a difference again on how much we can tolerate. I think we're right where we should be :)
