Hot tea [emoji477]️ usually does the trick

Suppository.

I would suggest benefiber everyday until you start adding more fiber into your diet. A stool softener is a good idea as well. Stool may be very hard to pass after no going for so long.

My surgeon recommended lactulose, it's supposed to be gental in helping you go. The fiber binds stool together the water hydrates it and the lactulose medication (liquid) helps you go

Benefiber is the best fiber supplement

I drink Smooth Move tea every day and that is FINALLY doing the trick.
