pin and needles waking me up at night

I was sleeved 11/30/16 and I have lost almost 100lbs. I've noticed that sleeping lately has been more uncomfortable then when I was heavier! The newest nuisance is now I will wake up out of a dead sleep with pins and needles pickling feeling on the tops of my thighs. Am I sleeping wrong, do I have a vitamin deficiency etc. Anyone else experience this?

    I’m experiencing that right now. My doctor called in a muscle relaxer for me. I only had one pill so far. Seeve 10/11
