What did you loose?

I am 2 weeks out and I am curious what everyone lost by this point? I am worried that I messed something up or I can't loose more etc (I know that it takes time but I feel

Impatient) I lost 20lbs in week one and nothing since!!! Is that normal? I also have troubles getting hurt enough protein etc in daily, could this been preventing me from loosing more? I also have a higher starting weight. On the day of surgery I was 361, today I am 340....any suggestions would be great :-)
