  1. According to my program I can not have raw veggies for a bit yet (I am 8 weeks post op) and all I want is a freaking salad! Greek salad too! Of course they would have my protein first but sheesh this waiting is driving me insane and making me sick of the things I can eat! Does anyone know why we can't have raw veggies?
  2. I am 2 weeks out and I am curious what everyone lost by this point? I am worried that I messed something up or I can't loose more etc (I know that it takes time but I feel Impatient) I lost 20lbs in week one and nothing since!!! Is that normal? I also have troubles getting hurt enough protein etc in daily, could this been preventing me from loosing more? I also have a higher starting weight. On the day of surgery I was 361, today I am 340....any suggestions would be great :-)
  3. Hey try taking super small sips too...I had the same problem and with smaller sips it was less pain, or ice instead worked great too! I was sleeved Aug 1
  4. Who cares how fast or slow you go as long as you do it!!! I honestly feel like I have a ton of energy since surgery so I hope I will when I can start as well! Super good job!!!
