Pre surgery Vitamins

I’m a newbie here, getting sleeve in September. Has anyone started vitamins prior to surgery and also, anyone using or tried the vitamin patches? Trying to get myself prepped and wondered if vitamins in advance would help boost my system.

    Yep, go ahead and start your vitamins now. Good to get well- stocked before the drastic dietary change.

    Patches are probably not worth it. Your skin probably doesn't absorb too many.
