Meal Plan

Hey all!

It's been awhile since I've posted, but I need some advice. Does anyone have a daily meal plan they are willing to share with me? I am 9 lbs away from my goal, I've been going to the gym 5 times a week, but I still have cravings for sweets and am unsure of exactly what I should be eating, meal wise. I saw a dietician, but she didn't seem to understand that I wanted a meal plan, not just the grams of protein that I need to have, per day.

Thank you, all!

Hi godblessedchild,

I have come across some ideas on YouTube (there is a lot of information and different perspectives on there) as I was not getting any feedback on here. I appreciate your post! Overall, I have lost 85 lbs, but want to lose about 10-15 more lbs, if I can. It is hard! I have started to decrease my carbs, like bread and limiting my self to once per day for carbs. So if I eat half of a lunch wrap (usually a small tortilla with chicken salad) then that is my carb for the day. Breakfast is usually fruit and protein (eggs), dinner is: protein and vegetable (chicken, tofu) I do not eat red meat. Sweets are another downfall for me. I am happy with where I am, and would like to lose more weight, but I am scared of gaining. What are your meal choices?
