I have heard and seen that this is a popular choice. My Costco only has Vanilla, Chocolate, and Bananas and Cream. I've tried Vanilla and Chocolate and loved them! How are Banana and the others? I haven't tried them yet. Thank you!

It was May or June.

My favorite thing to do with Premier Protein is mix half a carton each of chocolate and banana, add a little ice and blend. It's a nice change from just drinking out of the carton. If I really want to get fancy, I add a couple tablespoons of PB2 powder and call it The Elvis.

My husband does the same thing, mixes chocolate with banana. I mix PBFit with vanilla but my favorite is Carmel. I'm three days post op so still on clear liquids only.

Banana & cream flavor is good. I found the carmel flavor at a Winco market. I dont care to much for that1!

Im 2 days post op & on clear liquids until tomorrow then I can go on to my Full liquid diet plus I will be able to take all the Medz my dr. Prescribed for me as well as my vitamins!

I have my pre-op diet starting on August 28th. I have to drink Premier Protein 3 times a day and that is all to shrink my liver for two weeks before surgery. Any suggestions on protein water?

I am a few months pre-op and want to get things organized. What amount of protein and carbs and calories should I be looking for in a protein powder ?
