  2. Hi all, Its been a long time since I wrote in here. Im 8 months out and have lost about 70-75 pounds. I feel stuck and my will power has gone out the window. this happened when I went back to work full time. I am back to using food to make me feel better. I am also drinking diet coke. So I need some help to get back on track. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks Zallykat16

  5. 10/15/17 Good Afternoon All, I've been having trouble not regressing to eat bad things since the Sonoma Wildfires started. I can't eat a lot at a time but I can snack. I'm trying to stay strong but when I get stressed its very hard to do. These fires are scary. We are still in our house but I worry about evacuating myself, my husband and our 3 cats a lot. It makes me want to eat. Any suggestions on willpower?

  7. Hello All, Its been a while since I posted because I have been recovering from my RNY on 9/11. I am still having a lot of pain three weeks out. I read that some people don't get pain at all. Anybody still have pain and if so how are you handling it? Thanks, Zallykatz16
  8. I had my RNY 9/11 and I still have lots of pain. I have been lucky with liquids because I have been able to drink them down pretty easily. I get tired very easily but today I went out for 2 outings and I'm tired but happy.

  10. Hello All, I'm 5 days post op and I still really hurt. I am having problems getting in my protein and water for the day. Any suggestions? HW 253 SW 233 CW ? I'm afraid to get on the scale today.
  11. Hi everybody, I did it! I had my RNY on Monday and I am in major pain. I'm am just so tired but I have been walking in my house but I might go out for a ride and a walk today.

  20. Good Afternoon All, I'm just plain nervous. I'm trying to keep busy but it isn't working. Although this groups is a life saver. I am trying to get all my house in order but my husband keeps making a mess. So I've decided just to keep my areas clean so I will do well after surgery. I am worried about infections because I have gotten them before, but I feel that this time I will be okay. Thinking about the changes in my life ahead is daunting at times. On the other hand, it seems exciting to be starting over so to speak. Thanks for reading.

  23. Wishing all those having surgery in the first week of September, I wish you luck. Those of you that have had surgery, love to here about your experiences. Everyone else , like me, who is waiting and on the lovely pre-op diet stay strong.
