[emoji15][emoji15][emoji15] today I had a local election the lady almost didn't let me vote because my license didn't look like me. I have lost 150+ pounds and have maybe 20 to go. Man these last 20 are hard!

Thanks so much! When people say this is the "easy way out" it is not in the least. You still have to eat right and exercise.
Make sure you take those vitamins everyday. Your labs will show if your not. I've never missed a day. Its a part of healing I truly believe. They will also have you on 3 months of stomach meds to insure you don't get an ulcer. Finish all that. It's important.

I am sure you will do just fine just remember to walk but also rest when you need it .
A lot of being uncomfortable is just from the gas that they fill you up with . The incisions really don't her but she will be bruised I had six incisions. Here is a before and after picture as well

I was 240lbs - Had type 2 diabetes. High blood pressure. High Cholesterol.
Today, I am 157lbs. I work out, eat right, diabetes is gone. High blood pressure is gone. High cholesterol is gone.
Only pills I take each day are my vitamins.

I went from 240 ish to 128ish now. Not really sure what I weigh exactly cause I stopped caring. I'm 5'6 and I wear a size 0-4 depending...
I can run about five miles without getting tired. That's the best thing to me.

Two weeks post-sleeve as of Wednesday, but been bustin' my ass for 2 years! Finally seeing some RESULTS!

I love this.... I'm hoping after my surgery my husband will also follow suite. He needs this just as much if not more than me, but he is scared and hopes he will eat better watching me. *wink* he sympathy gained he said... my six months post op shot. The first is from about a year ago, at my heaviest; the second is about a month post op; the third is today!!

Currently I am 13mo out and 220 something pounds down
Use your tool wisely and it will work wonders ♡
