Appointments,appointments, appointments everywhere

I started the yellow brick road to my approval and booked all these appointments. It's pretty overwhelming. It doesn't help that my husband thinks its all a money scam. I have 6 appointments in this month, which i think is the worst of it. I just hope I can loose some weight beforehand. My willpower is at an all time low. Any suggestions on a good motivational book to read? Thanks in advance......
