How are you guys preparing for your surgery I'm excited and sooo nervous..: I still haven't found a protein shake I like [emoji30]... also I wanna return to work like 3 days after I do serenity work sit at desk all day so I don't think I can hurt myself and I do understands walking is very important so might as well right. How are you guys preparing??

I'm on the pre- op now.

I'm on the 18th but I'm in Australia, so should be the same day as you. I've started preop and it's not too bad. I'm going back to work 4 days after except I requested to work from home for two weeks. I'd like to know how you go tho because I'd rather be in the office then stuck inside my house

I don't like protein shakes either but I found a few recipes online and through Instagram try a chocolate premier protein with the pb2 (peanut butter) it has protein and it takes like a Reeses peanut butter cup
