Hi. I am about 4.5 weeks out from my sleeve surgery, my dr has had me on regular food since day 6 post op. I had gone back to soft foods about 2 weeks ago, and just started eating meats again this week. Tonight, for the first time, I went out to dinner with my family, I had a chicken caprese meal. I ate about 5 bites of chicken, 2 pieces of motzarella and maybe 5 crouton size pieces of roasted potato. I stopped when I started feeling full, but I can't help but wondering if its too much. My dr said I can eat breads and stuff AFTER I eat my protein which I do....(make sure I eat protein first).
