Can someone help me with figuring out vitamins? I currently take a flinstones multivitamin and a biotin. Lately the flinstones ones are tasting AWFUL so I tried the one a days... even worse!! Now I'm stuck with this iron like taste in my mouth. I've noticed the vitamins make me nauseous as well. Anyone else?

From what I understand the bariatric vitamins, although expensive, are worth it. I use Celebrate multivitamin plus calcium citrate. They are HUGE and you have to take four a day. The good news is that they kind of taste like candy. I suck on them as long as I can so they don't clog up my pouch too much.

I use Tespo bariatric women's complete liquid vitamins, they're great.

I'm in the same boat. I have tried several different vitamins since surgery all of which make me sick to my stomach, including the expensive bariatric advantage ones. Has anyone tried the vitamin patch?

I read a study on the vitamin patches that Unjury's scientists did that said that the vitamins they claim to deliver were not what tbe vitamin patches were capable of delivering.
