  5. Hubby is doing great! He's getting in all his protein and exercising with no pain at all! He even played on his pool league tonight! He saw his primary doc today and he's in great health! So proud of him and all of you for embarking on this journey!![emoji173] Sent from my LGMS550 using BariatricPal mobile app
  6. Try to stay away from the scale during plateaus. Use a measuring tape instead. If you are exercising you'll be gaining muscle which is heavier and denser than fat[emoji173] Sent from my LGMS550 using BariatricPal mobile app
  7. I bought hubby flavourless protein powder. I use it in all his puddings and he adds extra protein in his shakes. No problem for him to get his 90gr of protein a day Sent from my LGMS550 using BariatricPal mobile app

  16. I'm a former bodybuilder and my husband had his surgery 2 days ago. The first thing we did was take waist and neck measurements. The scale is VERY deceiving! I applaud and support all of you for your journey! True winners! Sent from my LGMS550 using BariatricPal mobile app

  18. Try using the tape measure, NOT the scale during your plateau. Muscle is denser and a pound of muscle will be smaller than a pound of fat Sent from my LGMS550 using BariatricPal mobile app
