Indigestion - please help

Had my first tasty bites of Tilapia yesterday at 4, had some sort of allergic reaction and got hives. The worst part is the indigestion...still feels like it's in my stomach and really uncomfortable...any suggestions?

I just started soft foods and learned really quick that I need to eat very slow. When I eat fast I get that same sort of indegestion and I keep burping my food up for at least an hour. I say, really small bites and slow down.

Good luck to you!

Did you get treatment for the hives? Be super careful of seafood in the future... and be sure to talk to your doc about it.

Try to drink a ton to help wash things through. Some liquid antacid might help soothe your tummy. You wouldn't be amiss taking some liquid benadryl, in case your discomfort is from a continuing internal reaction. Of course, if you have some reason that antacids or benadryl is a bad idea.. then don't do those things ;)
