My mind is againist me !!!

I had a fill today, my third in less than two months. I can finally feel restrition. The doctor said I was going to be tight for a few days, and to stay on liquids for at least the remainder of today and tomorrow if I need it. So, now all I can think about is FOOD !!! What do you do to stop the constant thoughts of food ???? HELP !!!!

Darn head hunger!!! I am not banded yet (11/1), but when I am dieting, I usually have to get outside and do something, go for a drive, brush my teeth, anything!!!

Good luck, I hope it passes soon!

A warm drink usually helps me with the late-evening head hunger.....a big cup of warm protein drink (decaf coffee with Matrix chocolate protein or vanilla protein powder and some kind of SF Davinci syrup; or warm tea w/orange cream protein powder; etc). Or a thick protein shake made in a blender with crushed ice and SF Cool Whip.
