  1. Ok, so I finally feel restriction. Had my surgery in July of 07, and I finally am at a place where I am restricted when I eat. My surgeon was more agressive at my last fill on 10/10/07 he added another 1.5. This was my third fill since having the lap band. So far I have only lost 15 lbs, so I wanted to be more restricted. I am very happy with the food intake. I am eating about 1/2-1 cup per sitting. I am not eating in between meals. My issue is that I can't drink anything. Not warm, not cold, not water, not tea. Everytime I take a drink I get this burning feeling in my throat. I don't get it when I eat, only when I drink????? Any ideas why??? Please help, I don't want to go back to the doctor and have him tell me I am too full, any other options??????
  2. Thanks for your ideas. I really appreciate it. Today is a bit better. I love the restriction !!! I had surgery in July and this is the first time I have felt any restriction. I will try your protien ideas, they sound great. Thanks again !!!
  3. I had a fill today, my third in less than two months. I can finally feel restrition. The doctor said I was going to be tight for a few days, and to stay on liquids for at least the remainder of today and tomorrow if I need it. So, now all I can think about is FOOD !!! What do you do to stop the constant thoughts of food ???? HELP !!!!
