Liquid diet

Well I have done all of my requirements for my insurance, now its just a waiting game. I am in the process of trying the liquid diet (Day 1) to see if I can handle doing liquids all day ... so when the time comes for me to do it for 2 weeks, I can be mentally prepared. Wish me luck!

Thank you!

Good Luck, I started a trial liquid diet today also, to get my mind right. I have 3 more visits with Nutritionist and I will have fulfilled all of my requirements for my insurance.

Yes, I going to try to do it for a week as well. So far so good, I think because I am busy at work that I'm really not thinking about it.
