Am I eating too much?

I am 7 weeks post op, I have lost 52 pounds from my highest, and 42 since the start of preop. I feel like I have no problem eating at all. I will eat, and then a hour later I get hungry again. It is not head hunger, it's actually stomach growling hunger, lol... I usually eat an egg for morning with some light cheese, for lunch I will eat tuna, or some salad with grilled chicken. I always eat my protein first. For dinner I will eat a meat, and veggies. Tonight I had lean ground round patty I was able to eat over half of it, and 1/4 cup of vegetables. Isn't that too much? I hear everyone else saying they can eat 1 or 2 bites, and then they are full. I am worried I did something wrong.
