Confused

so there are days where my restriction is real lol i could barely eat a full cheese stick some days but today i had two tacos and felt okay [emoji21] i'm not sure if it's because of my menstrual cycle coming soon that my hunger is getting the best of me? I'm just curious if any of you have experienced this. for dinner yesterday i had a salad and was barely able to finish the whole thing mind you it was a side salad. i don't want this to become my norm and i start stretching my pouch out. any opinions? comments? i'll be 2months post op on the 18th.

It depends on what I eat. Some meals (protein heavy) I can be full after a few bites while others it takes much more. This can vary by the day too.

I would measure your food out using a scale if you are worried about eating to large a portion. I weight out 4oz and then I know exactly how much I am eating. If it is a dense protein I can't always eat all of it and that's fine. I just re weigh the plate and I know how much I ate.
