Loose Skin

I have been reading about the hair and skin benefits of collagen in bone broth. Has anyone tried this to help with loose skin?

I made bone broth and al.ost threw up when I tasted it. There's gotta be a better recipe

lol! I have never had a good bone broth either. Maybe I just don't like bone broth. Sorry it was lousy.

I've read over and over that there's very little we can do to prevent loose skin. If this truly worked we'd have heard about it. It still could be beneficial though but I doubt it will prevent it from happening.

Surgery is the only way to reduce excess skin. I don't like it much, but I'd rather have loose skin than all that extra weight. No regrets!!

The way I see it loose skin won't kill me. Having lost 130## i have a lot of sagging skin but I wouldn't trade it for anything. I'm still not done losing. My journey was slower than most people but I am so grateful for everything.

Agreed. I will take loose skin over being the weight I used to be any day of the week. I'll take even more loose skin with more weight loss, but plastics may be in my future. Still deciding.
