Calorie (and macro) goals?

I am curious about the varied advice we get from our doctors and programs and also what's working for people out there, so I thought I'd start a little survey. :)

1. Did your doctor give you a calorie range?

2. Do you have macro goals (e.g., carbs, protein)?

3. Any forbidden foods?

4. Have you made any modifications?

Here are my answers:

1. Yes. 800-1000 for women.
2. 70+ grams of protein. Eat protein first but no specific carb limit.
3. Bread, rice, pasta, food with added sugar, alcohol
4. Not really but I've been considering setting a daily carb limit.

Eat protein first always. No carbs. Ever. Period.

Minimum 60 G protein

Minimum 64 oz water

Protein first

Eat 3 bites protein to one bite veg

Most foods are forbidden until maintenance

Stay under 20 g carbs

Under 800 calories
