3 years post op and gaining!

I am 3 years post op and am struggling everyday and eating. I am stress eating now that I am my Mother's full time care taker, Mom of 2 teenagers and working. I am relying on this site to help get me back to where I need to be. I always used the fitness pal so helpful but when they changed the format I just didn't care for it. Are there other trackers that anyone can advise? I am asking anyone that has been through this struggle and found success again to please, please share your insight.

Check your spelling.. type in bariatastic* it looks like you are missing an "A" in the spelling. I found it in my apple ap store.

It's in the Apple store. I use an iphone, too. It's official name is Baritastic - Bariatric Tracker. Try searching for bariatric trackers and see if it shows up.

I just found the app and am now on it--glad I saw this message. I love that it already has recipes in it. Mmmmm.

Just found the app. Came on the site because I am afraid I'm getting out of control. Up to 186 from 169 and I can't let this get anymore out of hand.

I am about 3 years or so out of surgery and am also getting out of control. I too have gained about 20 pounds and am freaking out!! Any help is greatly appreciated!! How do I get my resolve back? I do I get back on track?? Help!!!!!
